About the role:

Our team requires someone to fill a new Business Administration/ Reception roles within our team.

The job role is fulltime at our Batemans Bay clinic where you will help our team look after our customers and work closely with our Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers.
This role is supported by our current administration team and Personal Trainers who currently fill the role within the business.
With our growing business we are in need of someone who would like to grow and develop their business admin skills as part of our team.  No prior business admin experience is required but experience working as part of a team and a willingness to learn is a must.

Regular duties:

● Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
● Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
● Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
● Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
● Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
● Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
● Update calendars and schedule meetings
● Process payments
● Track memberships, update client records
● Other duties as assigned
