STRENGTH AND SOCIAL CLUB
A great introduction to strength training, our regular classes throughout the week focus on bone and muscle strength.
This class primarily utilises resistance training exercises and is targeted at those in their 50s and 60s who want to get the most out of their bodies!
HEALTHY LIVING FOR SENIORS
An awesome opportunity for improving strength and balance, this great for people who may have been away from exercise for a prolonged period of time. This class is run in conjunction with Uniting Aged Care on a Monday 10:30am, Wednesday 9am and Thursday 11am.

With a focus on improving metabolic health and Type 2 diabetes control this class involves a combination of aerobic and strength based exercises.
A Medicare rebate is available to those people suffering from Type 2 diabetes. Please see your GP for a referral or give us a call for more information.
This class is conducted at both Batemans Bay on Wednesdays at 11am and Queen Street Medical Centre on Fridays at 11:30am
CHRONIC PAIN PROGRAMS
Chronic or Persistent pain is a huge problem which stops many people living the life they want.
Our Chronic Pain programs run periodically throughout the year, these are a 6 week intensive program involving a 3hr session each week.
This program is currently funded via Coordinare with no cost to participants however a GP referral is needed prior to attending.
FALLS PREVENTION PROGRAMS
Balance and stability are essential for maintaining indepence.
This program involves an individual 1:1 assessment followed by 8 weeks group training involving exercise and dietary advice.
This program is run in conjunction with some of our local aged care providers.
