Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals. We specialise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Our role within Eurobodalla Health and Fitness is to help people who may be suffering from injury, illness, pain or disability to improve their health through physical activity and lifestyle change.
We know that all people are different and treat them as such allowing us to take into account your specific health or fitness concerns when designing an exercise program.
As a society we know of no single intervention with greater promise than physical exercise to reduce the risk of virtually all chronic diseases simultaneously and it is our job to help everyone to have access to exercise as an intervention.
