About The Gym
To help us achieve this we have redesigned the way that fitness services are delivered within our region and have switched the focus to make sure that we can bridge the gap between a health clinic and a gym. Our gym is run by a team of experienced multidisciplinary health and fitness professionals who liase regularly with other local health professionals including GP’s and specialists. This means that we are able to take into account your individual health requirements as we help you to achieve your goals. We provide both 1:1 services and a wide range of group classes allowing people of all backgrounds and abilities to participate and have fun!.
STRENGTH AND SOCIAL CLUB
Our regular Tuesday and Thursday class, focused on bone and muscle strength.
Our moderate level strength class, open to people of all ages. This class is perfect if you want to learn different exercises and continue to make improvements in both upper and lower body strength. It uses a range of equipment and multi joint exercises
