“We are gym for anyone but not for every one” If you are looking to be supported and to focus on improving your health then you are in the right place. If you believe exercise should be available to everyone not matter their background or ability than give us a call. Our gym is run by a team of experienced multidisciplinary health and fitness professionals who liase regularly with other local health professionals including GP’s and specialists. This means that we are able to take into account your individual health requirements as we help you to achieve your goals. We provide both 1:1 services and a wide range of group classes allowing people of all backgrounds and abilities to participate and have fun!.

STRENGTH AND SOCIAL CLUB
Our regular Tuesday and Thursday class, focused on bone and muscle strength.
Our moderate level strength class, open to people of all ages. This class is perfect if you want to learn different exercises and continue to make improvements in both upper and lower body strength. It uses a range of equipment and multi joint exercises
